Easily track the status of your order....

In my account, you can track the progress of your order until we have transferred your order from our warehouse to the delivery driver. There you can also view the status of the order. So you know when your parcel has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. You will also be kept informed via e-mail.

We have received your order and are working hard to complete it.


Yes, your order has been completed and shipped.


Too bad, your order has been cancelled. For various reasons, your order may be cancelled.


We have received your return and it has been processed and credited.

Awaiting payment

We are still waiting for payment, once this has been dealt with we will quickly move on to processing your order.

Being held

We have not yet processed your order. This may be because your order is incomplete or because you want to change it.

Track order

We like to keep you informed about the status of your order;

  1. 1.     When your order is completed and has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code.

  2. 2.     After the carrier has scanned the parcel, your Track & Trace code will be activated and you will be able to track your order online on the carrier's website.

  3. 3.     Your order will be delivered quickly by the carrier.
